Regular Payroll Services
Initial Setup Fee $55 (one-time)
Quarterly Payroll $125 per quarter + $1.25 per employee check
Monthly Payroll $58 per month + $1.15 per employee check
Semi-monthly Payroll $73 per month + $1.10 per employee check
Weekly Payroll $76 per month + $1.10 per employee check
Additional Payroll Services
Pay-per-check Workman’s Comp Insurance through ADP
$16 per month, insurance premiums calculated through the payroll and premiums are deducted with payroll moneys.
Retirement Plans
$6 flat monthly for the first two participants, $1.25 additional per participant 3+
$55 One-time set up fee.
Retirement plan calculations are produced through payroll computation. Funding depends on the plan provider.

**Beginning in January 2027, we will institute a 2% discount for automated quarterly retainer payments, 3% discount for automated monthly retainer payments, and 7% discount for annual advance retainer payments made in the month of January each year. Outstanding bills must be paid in full before discounts will apply.
